Chris has been responsible for Risk Management, DoDAF (C4ISR), Earned Value Management, Six Sigma, and other core processes. Chris was a co-founder of a DARPA Grand Challenge team, which developed and competed vehicles for both the first and second Challenges. He has been a founder or executive in five technology start-ups. Chris holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Zinovy has an extensive history in the development and transition of new technologies to the marketplace. He is a co-founder of Intelligent Payload Solutions, Inc, which has benefited from his deep experience with development and transition of technologies to production environments. IPS ’ goal of production level sensors and systems for unmanned use combine the many experiences and talents Zinovy has acquired.
He was also a founder of Imperx, Inc. which designs, develops, and manufactures advanced, state-of-the-art imaging products including hi frame rate (up to 2000fps) machine vision MegaPixel (up to 11 Mpxl) cameras and frame grabbers for the laptops and single board computers . Imperx is a recognized world leader in the field of digital imaging and communications and its products are used in the machine vision, medical, defense, surveillance and astronomy markets. Zinovy also designed and developed a UAV vision system for NSWC-CD for the purpose of convoy protection. He has also f ounded a company to investigate and integrate Russian technology for use in US military systems. Zinovy has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from MRT University .
Intelligent Payload Solution’s (IPS’s) background derives from decades of advanced technology development for major military systems and commercial product lines. This background centers on certified system engineering, program management, and technology production processes.
IPS was formed with the specific goal of creating production-level (TRL 7-9) solutions for unmanned and remote sensor systems. IPS has expanded its capabilities over the years to a broad area of security and sensing system development and integration.
With background in the SIGINT and IMINT communities IPS considers critical the ability to derive information value to the user. Through the use of modular sensors and processing software components, IPS creates easily reconfigurable systems to provide information specific to the mission. IPS is a small business headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, with full research, development, and production capabilities.
